Role Overview Athena is seeking a highly skilled HubSpot Administrator to help scale our systems and processes across the entire revenue funnel. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, this role will serve as the in-house HubSpot expert, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Client Operations, and Executive teams to ensure data integrity, process efficiency, and cross-functional alignment. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and deeply familiar with HubSpot’s ecosystem and RevOps best practices. Duties & Responsibilities System Administration & Governance - Oversee the day-to-day management, optimization, and governance of the HubSpot CRM and related hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service). - Ensure platform performance, compliance, and scalability initiatives. Process Design & Automation - Build and maintain workflows, automations, lead routing, and lifecycle processes to support GTM team efficiency. - Partner with Sales and Marketing to manage segmentation, lead scoring, and campaign tracking. Data Management & Integrity - Maintain data accuracy through regular audits, deduplication, and clear documentation. - Implement standards and practices to uphold data hygiene and process consistency. Integrations & Tech Stack Management - Manage integrations between HubSpot and connected tools (e.g., Clay, Gong, Docusign). - Identify opportunities to enhance connectivity and streamline data flow across the RevOps tech stack. Enablement & Reporting - Provide training and ongoing support to end users to drive HubSpot adoption and best practices. - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to enable visibility into pipeline, campaign performance, and revenue metrics. - Monitor platform performance and recommend improvements based on business needs and product updates. Key Stakeholders - Director, Sales Strategy, CRO, VP Sales, Director Commercial Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Technology, Client Operations Skills - Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM and associated hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service). - Strong understanding of go-to-market operations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. - Experience with RevOps best practices: funnel management, attribution, segmentation, lead management, and reporting. - Proficiency in integrating HubSpot with other SaaS platforms via native connectors or middleware (e.g., Zapier). - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail and data quality. - Effective communicator and collaborator with experience working across multiple departments. - HubSpot certifications (e.g., Revenue Operations, CRM Implementation, Reporting) are a strong plus. Competencies - Proven ability to design and maintain scalable CRM processes. - Demonstrated success driving adoption of HubSpot tools and best practices. - Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities. - Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into operational improvements. - Collaborative approach, thriving in cross-functional, fast-paced environments. Relevant Experience Required - Minimum of 3+ years in a HubSpot Administration or related role within a B2B environment.
