We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with solid experience in the Forex and Trading sector to lead our expansion efforts and strengthen our presence in global markets. This role focuses on identifying new growth opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and driving B2B client acquisition within the prop trading, brokerage, and fintech ecosystem. Tasks - Develop and implement sales and business development strategies specifically tailored to the Forex and Prop Trading market to accelerate revenue growth. - Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, prop trading firms, fintech partners, and institutional clients to drive lead generation and deal flow. - Execute effective lead generation campaigns across digital, event-based, and partner-driven channels to grow the qualified client base. - Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including global partnerships, white-label collaborations, and technology integrations that expand market penetration. - Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, spot gaps in the market, and uncover emerging opportunities in the retail trading space. - Plan and launch go-to-market initiatives, such as regional expansion, product bundling, or vertical targeting, to support strategic growth objectives. - Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress toward targets and KPIs through accurate forecasting, CRM updates, and performance reporting. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (including product, operations, legal, and sales) to align business development efforts with operational execution and client onboarding.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or strategic partnerships within the Forex, Prop Trading, or Brokerage industry.
- Proven track record of building client relationships and closing high-value deals with brokers, fintech providers, or trading education firms.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex trading solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and executing tailored sales strategies in a fast-paced trading environment.
- Strong ability to manage sales pipelines, forecasting, and performance metrics using CRM tools and data-driven reporting.
