We have an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and collaborative Human Resources Specialist to join our Talent Team, providing essential administrative and operational HR support for our International regions and key people projects. What You Will Do We have an incredible opportunity for a collaborative and results driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team play a key role in building a worldclass cybersecurity organisation. This role will focus on R&D hiring for our India operations, directly contributing to the growth and success of our company. You’ll partner closely with our people leaders to understand business priorities, team dynamics, and our unique culture – driving creative sourcing strategies, championing our employer brand, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences throughout the full recruitment lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a high-tech, fast-paced company with an expanding global presence. - Partner with People Leaders to identify talent needs and design effective hiring strategies aligned with business goals. - Lead end-to-end recruitment for R&D roles, from sourcing and assessment to offer negotiation and onboarding. - Act as a trusted talent advisor, providing insights on market trends, competitor activity, and best practices. - Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across Indian markets using creative sourcing channels – LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and social media. - Champion Forescout’s employer brand through engaging content and targeted campaigns that attract top-tier talent R&D talent. - Coordinate the recruitment process with multiple stakeholders and time zones, ensuring a smooth, equitable, and efficient experience for all. - Manage relationships with external partners including recruitment agencies, job boards, and event organisers. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity in our Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite) and leverage analytics to track hiring progress, pipeline health, and performance metrics. - Provide timely updates and reporting to People Leaders and business stakeholders. - Support broader Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives across regions as needed. What You Will Bring To Forescout - 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on R&D hiring in the technology or cybersecurity sector. - Proven success managing end-to-end recruitment across India; experience handling outside India is highly advantageous. - Strong technical knowledge of ATS systems (Jobvite preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, and local India job boards. - Experience in program, project, and vendor management, with strong operational discipline. - Analytical and data-driven mindset — able to measure, report, and optimize recruitment workflows and performance. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a strong customer service orientation. - Resilient, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - High level of discretion when handling confidential information. - Flexibility to collaborate across time zones with remote leaders and colleagues, to be available outside India General Shift as required. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
