Position Type : Full time Type Of Hire : Experienced (relevant combo of work and education) Job Description FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Software Test Analyst Specialists – Cloud Banking Technologies in Jacksonville, FL to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of a complex suite of cloud-native banking applications. Work across the network, implementation, operating system, deployment, and development stacks with a strong focus on modern cloud banking technologies (Common Account Processing Engine) and international and U.S.-based banking standards. Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test strategies for cloud-native banking platforms, ensuring compliance with both U.S. and international banking regulations. Validate integrations across core banking systems, digital channels, and third-party APIs with a focus on security, scalability, and performance. Leverage REST APIs, Java, and test automation frameworks to validate microservices and distributed systems. Utilize OpenShift for container orchestration and deployment validation in cloud environments. Use Dynatrace and Splunk to monitor application health, trace issues, and validate system behavior under load and in production-like environments. Collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams to ensure observability is embedded in the testing lifecycle. Conduct security-focused testing to ensure applications meet stringent banking security standards. Validate encryption, authentication, and authorization mechanisms across cloud services and APIs. Perform end-to-end testing across the network stack, implementation stack, OS stack, deployment stack, and development stack. Conduct quality audits, software measurements, and continuous improvement initiatives. Communicate testing activities, results, and risks through detailed documentation and reporting. Support test leads in identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies. Organize and maintain a robust test script library, ensuring reusability and traceability. Develop and manage test data sets, simulators, and utilities to support complex test scenarios. Validate system performance, reliability, and scalability under real-world banking workloads. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Technology, or related field and nine (9) years of progressive experience in the job offered or a related occupation: performing software quality assurance for cloud-native financial platforms, including Testing across multi-cloud banking environments (AWS, Azure, OpenShift); conducting cross-stack testing with network, OS, deployment, and application layers; implementing security and compliance testing in regulated banking environments; utilizing programming tools and technologies including Java, Oracle SQL, Azured Red Hat OpenShift, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Putty, and GitHub/GitBash; performing the quality assurance ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of a complex suite of cloud-native banking applications including modern cloud banking technologies and international and U.S. based banking standards; utilizing functional and domain knowledge in Banking including Retail Deposits, Commercial Deposits, Flex Transfer, Term Deposits, Loans, Debit card and POS transactions; and providing work around solutions for critical and major issues created by clients using Modern cloud Banking Platform.
