The Senior Agile Coach II is responsible for the health of the entire ART and the continuous growth of our Lean-Agile practitioners. Key Responsibilities - Lead the strategic expansion of SAFe and Lean-Agile practices across diverse product and platform engineering teams to reduce lead time and improve predictability. - Create clear role expectations and decision-authority boundaries (RACI) to ensure seamless coordination between Product Management and Engineering. - Oversee the integrity and refinement of ART-level ceremonies, including PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt sessions. - Manage the organizational change process required to align technical workflows with modern governance and execution frameworks. - Develop advanced training curricula and "coach-the-coach" mentorship programs for Scrum Masters and Product Owners; coordinate with leadership to surface priority changes early, ensuring they are addressed proactively within the planning cycle.
