Sales Engineer, Global System Integrators
Cribl
• Serve as the primary technical authority for GSI partners, delivering deep-dive training and certifications to partner architects and consultants. • Collaborate with GSI "Centers of Excellence" to develop repeatable reference architectures and "service-in-a-box" offerings that integrate our platform into their existing security or data stacks. • Lead the technical validation phase of GSI-led opportunities, including scoping and executing high-stakes Proof of Values (PoVs) that demonstrate clear ROI for end customers. • Develop and maintain deep technical relationships with Practice Leads and Solution Architects across different GSI regions and service lines. • Build "Accelerators"—such as Terraform scripts, API documentation, and deployment templates—to reduce the time-to-value for GSI implementation teams. • Act as the voice of the partner to our Product and Engineering teams, prioritizing features that enable better multi-tenancy, scalability, and ease of integration. • Document interesting use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture experience, with at least 2 years specifically focused on GSI or Partner ecosystems.
- Deep technical understanding of IT Operations and Security data.
- Technical knowledge of Logs, Metrics, Traces as they apply to use case like SIEM/SOAR, Threat Hunting, Incident Response, or OTEL expertise are desireable.
- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to "command the room" when speaking to senior partner stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), APIs/SDKs, and modern DevOps tooling.
- Ability to build processes from scratch and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
