Field Service Manager II
Hunter Industries
• Provide technical support to end users, distribution, and regional staff. • Serve as an essential link between corporate office and field regarding product issues. • Provides training to contractors, distributors, municipalities, consultants, and end-users on product features and servicing. • Travel to remote job sites for troubleshooting and installation of new product designs.
Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree in irrigation and landscape design, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical services in the landscape and irrigation design industry.
- In-depth knowledge of irrigation practices, including turf management scheduling, sprinkler design, pumps, and central control systems.
- Experience with WLAN and LAN networks.
- Proficiency with landscape lighting systems.
- Valid driver's license and driving record sufficient to meet requirements to be insured by company.
- Ability to obtain a valid passport.
- Fluent in Spanish and effective communication skills in English.
