Minimum Requirements: - Requires MA/MS in social work counseling or a related behavioral health field or a degree in nursing, and minimum of 3 years of experience with facility-based and/or outpatient psychiatric and substance abuse or substance abuse disorder treatment; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. - Current active unrestricted Colorado license, such as RN LCSW LMHC LPC LMFT or Clinical Psychologist to practice as a health professional within the scope of licensure in Colorado is required. - Colorado Licensure is a requirement for this position. The Pricing Manger is responsible for leading a team of sales and contract analysts that enables the field sales and the management team to make informed decisions in support of the organization’s commercial objectives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Leads the operation of the Bids & Quotes Group, including the streamlining of the quotation process and development of individual skills and capabilities. - Builds and effectively communicates financial projections and the impact of contract terms and conditions (T&Cs) to partners across functions and at all levels of management. - Support critical tasks by managing contracts with current GPOs, preparing GPO admin fees and supporting documentation, and ensuring commercial contracts achieve the company’s revenue and gross profit targets. - Assist in creating promotional campaigns and conducting pricing optimization and cost-benefit analysis. - Monitor and report on pricing performance and competitiveness. - Review commercial contract T&Cs and ensure that contract review standard work is followed across the organization. - Understand and implement revenue recognition policies and procedures, especially related to Multiple Elements Arrangements and Standalone Selling Prices.
