Title: Director, Client Management Location: continental United States Job Description: CORE Foodservice is looking to hire a Director of Client Management ! The Client Management Team is responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with clients to execute all aspects of sales planning and securing new business. This is a remote position. Candidates must reside within the continental United States and be permanent citizens. What are We Looking For? - Foodservice experience required - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - At least 10 years of Sales and Sales Management experience What do WE do? - Demonstrate and sell our client partner Food and Non-Food products to restaurants, schools, hospitals, hotels and beyond. Responsibilities - Implementing and overseeing the client sales planning strategy and working with the client and CFS sales organization to help grow the client’s business. - Clearly communicate client’s objectives to all divisions - Facilitate and build trusting relationships between the client and CORE’s functions/services. - Actively monitor and communicate performance vs. objectives to Business Development Manager and the client. - Proactively identify gaps in performance, collaborate with local CORE Group teams to identify corrective solutions, communicate corrective actions to client, and secure necessary client support - Attend select customer appointments/TTT meetings to stay close to the business. - Routinely share CORE “Successes” with clients - Solicit feedback from the client on CORE’s performance. - Provide thoughtful leadership as our clients set their strategic direction – be one step ahead. Qualifications - Ability to exercise the CORE skills required to form meaningful, interpersonal relationships. - Build and manage a long-term network of relationships with individuals from multiple clients. - Ability to act as a leader and deliver the best people, resources, and ideas into each client relationship. - General industry awareness pertaining to current trends. - Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Willing to travel What can WE offer YOU? This role has primary responsibility for building and establishing IT capabilities for a new company and laboratory; operating independently while remaining aligned with Mayo governance, security, and quality standards during the build and early operational phases. The IT Director is accountable for designing, implementing, and operating IT services across core IT and laboratory technology domains, including infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and laboratory systems. Services will be delivered through a combination of internal collaboration and managed service provider relationships, with accountability for service reliability, regulatory compliance, scalability, financial stewardship, and risk management. Role Description Foundever are looking for a new EMEA Senior Pricing Director, reporting to the Leader of Global Pricing. The role combines commercial strategy, analytical skills, financial acumen, teamwork, and a strong ability to support nuanced decision-making in fast-paced deals. He/She/They will be working on high-profile deals with Global and EMEA clients. Supported by Pricing Managers, the Pricing Director will be responsible for developing competitive and sustainable commercial proposals and modeling the financial returns of deals. The Pricing Director will also take a key role in Foundever transformation by engaging in strategic projects, including designing new commercial models. The role involves a mix of client-facing work and internal cross-functional work in a fast-paced environment.
