Role Description This role has been designated as ‘Remote/Teleworker’, which means you will primarily work from home. The HPE Networking SE primarily provides pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex technology solutions created to meet and exceed our customer’s business requirements. As an SE, you will be responsible for managing pre-sales technical / functional support to existing and prospective clients while ensuring customer satisfaction with the technical sales process and solution deployment. - Support customers by creating and defining a Technological Roadmap on pre-assigned clients, focusing on priority areas of HPE Networking. - Create and document technology solutions and proposals designed to meet customer business requirements. - Implement and support customer Proof-of-Concept engagements, proving that HPE technical solutions meet and exceed customer business requirements. - Maintain knowledge of competitive solution offerings to strategically position the correct HPE products and highlight HPE differentiators and advantages. - Interface with both internal and external/industry experts to anticipate customer needs and facilitate solutions development. - Participate in proposal development and support the technical aspects related to deal closure in complex and competitive deal pursuit situations. - Understand the HPE channel and create relationships with HPE partners to increase sales via the channel. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in technology/engineering or related field OR significant experience in networking technology and pre-sales activities. - Minimum of 4+ years of technical professional, pre-sales/post-sales work experience. - Extensive experience in networking including routing, switching, wireless, security, SASE/SD-WAN, data center, and network management platforms, both on premises and cloud based. - Hold specific networking certifications (HPE, Aruba, Juniper, Cisco, etc.). - Experience in Network Access Security including HPE Aruba ClearPass, Juniper Access Assurance, Cisco ISE, etc. - Experienced in creating solution sales offerings spanning multiple product and service portfolios in a very competitive market. - Effective, articulate communicator with strong customer-facing skills and able to translate product knowledge into customer’s added business value. - Desire to work within a team in a very competitive market, maintaining a hands-on, customer first approach towards business plan execution. Role Description We are seeking an intern to work on low-code development projects on our dynamic team. The interns will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidates will have experience with some of these Microsoft technologies: - Power Apps - Power Automate - AI Builder - Azure AI Studio - Co-Pilot - DataVerse Additionally, proficiency in one other language, such as Python, is required. Two of the four positions could potentially lead to a full-time position upon completion of the internship. • Design, implement, and maintain Okta SSO and MFA configurations, including authentication policies, SCIM provisioning, RBAC, identity governance, and workflow automation. • Administer Azure/Entra ID including enterprise application integrations (SSO, SCIM, OIDC, WS-Fed), Conditional Access policy design, identity lifecycle management, and user provisioning and deprovisioning. • Manage Microsoft Intune environments including Autopilot deployment, device configuration profiles, compliance policies, security baselines, and endpoint protection across Windows, iOS, and Android. • Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, managing permissions, mail flow, retention policies, and cloud service integrations. • Design and enforce endpoint compliance standards, partnering with the Security team to respond to identity anomalies, implement best-practice security policies, and maintain audit-ready configurations. • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation workflows to streamline identity lifecycle operations, endpoint provisioning, and compliance reporting. • Provide advanced L3 troubleshooting for identity systems, endpoint connectivity, collaboration tools, and cloud platform issues across hybrid on-premises and cloud environments. • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles to standardize identity and endpoint management processes. • Collaborate cross-functionally within IT teams to support projects, improve workflows, and drive continuous improvement.
