Job Requirements

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Support the annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Reporting & Variance Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date financial reports, providing clear explanations for variances between actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
  • System Management: Utilize Oracle HFM/Essbase (or similar EPM systems) to manage data consolidation, perform queries, and ensure data integrity within financial reports.
  • Modeling & Analysis: Build and maintain sophisticated financial models in Excel to support business cases, trend analysis, and departmental performance tracking.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial reporting and data collection processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with various business units to gather financial data and present findings in a clear, concise manner to non-finance partners.
