Job Description

Product Manager – Modular Data Center Infrastructure, Power & Cooling

Hyper Recruitment Solutions

• Lead the strategy, product development, roadmap, and lifecycle management for Prefabricated Power Modules and Cooling. • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for prefabricated power modules and integrated cooling systems. • Translate customer, market, and Sales requirements into clear product definitions, system architectures, and scalable configurations. • Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) from concept through launch, including requirements definition, design reviews, and readiness activities. • Own compliance and certification strategy for cooling and integrated power systems. • Monitor market trends, competitive offerings, and evolving data center requirements to guide roadmap decisions. • Support Sales pursuits with technical positioning, solution definition, and early-stage customer engagement.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, product engineering, or applications engineering
  • Strong understanding of data center power distribution systems and core cooling concepts
  • Experience leading complex hardware products through full lifecycle and NPI processes
  • Ability to read and interpret one-line diagrams, system layouts, and technical specifications
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

In this role, you operate independently, provide thought leadership across product development teams, and help shape product vision, strategy, and execution. You are trusted across the organization as a primary source for answers, serve as a mentor to junior product managers, and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
