How You’ll Make an Impact At Kompato AI, we’re reimagining the consumer credit ecosystem, and our System Administrator role is critical to making it happen. We’re hiring top talent from India (Bangalore), Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh), the Philippines (Manila), and Latin America (Brazil, Argentina, Colombia) to join our global team working US Eastern hours. You’ll ensure the reliability and performance of platforms like Interprose, Looker, and Collin, support seamless client onboarding and integrations, and act as the first line of defense for technical issues. Your efforts will directly bridge product development and daily operations, translating our innovative AI technology into tangible business success. By collaborating across vendors, clients, and internal teams, you’ll not only keep systems running at peak performance but also help shape their future—driving uptime, efficiency, and client satisfaction on a global scale. What You’ll Do System Configuration & Operations - Configure Interprose for live operations during US time zone. - Build, configure, and maintain reports/dashboards on Interprose and Looker. - Manage system configurations for optimal performance. Client Coordination - Partner with clients and the sales team to support smooth onboarding. - Configure import/export file exchanges for client integrations. - Ensure seamless data flow between client systems and internal platforms. Vendor Interface - Escalate issues and configuration questions directly to Interprose. - Collaborate with vendors (payment processors, scrubs, skip tracing, etc.) to resolve issues and ensure timely data processing. Support & Escalation - Act as the first line of system support during US hours. - Write clear, actionable escalation tickets for the product team (especially for issues outside US timezone). - Monitor system performance and proactively identify issues. Product Collaboration - Share feedback and requirements for new features and bug fixes. - Document operational gaps and propose process improvements. - Test and validate system changes/updates before deployment. What We’re Looking For Required Skills - Hands-on experience with CRM/collection platforms (Interprose preferred). - Strong SQL and data analysis skills. - Clear documentation and communication abilities. - Ability to work US timezone hours. - Experience with file transfer protocols and data exchange formats. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience. - 2+ years in system administration, operations, or technical support. - Familiarity with Looker or other BI tools. - Knowledge of compliance requirements (FDCPA, TCPA). - Experience with API integrations and data mapping. - Background in debt collection or financial services a plus. We are seeking a Principal Systems Administrator with extensive experience designing, securing and maintaining Omnissa Horizon remote access, application delivery, and virtual desktop environments to join our VDI team. The successful candidate will also have experience with Windows Server and Windows Server technologies. Knowledge of and hands on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and ADC's is also a plus. The Systems Administrator will be expected to team with peers, internal customers, and management to provide technical solutions and lead projects to strengthen the consistency and standardization of IT infrastructure through automation and enterprise services to achieve operational excellence and program success. While this position is an individual contributor role, collaboration and strong technical knowledge and skills will be essential attributes. The position offers flexibility with options for hybrid or remote work and 5/40 or 9/80 schedules. What You'll Do: - Responsible for the design, engineering, deployment, and maintenance of highly-available and secure Omnissa Horizon Operating environments. - Support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop environments including Citrix Application Delivery Controllers (NetScaler) - Work includes technical planning (cost, capacity, logistics), architecture, design, implementation, configuration management, maintenance, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, mitigation efforts, and monitoring of services and solutions. - Continuous evaluation of currently deployed and emerging Remote Desktop and Access solutions to evolve business operations. Define process and success criteria for new technology proof of concepts. - Assist with the creation of key performance indicators and metrics reports and dashboards to represent service health and user experience. - Perform customer outreach to support service enhancements and troubleshooting. - Provide technical and project leadership for the development of advanced solutions, assist with project direction, milestone planning, and completion. - Interface with internal customers, program security, and management teams in planning for, deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting services and systems. - Assist management with VDI service roadmaps and service lifecycle management. - Document technical processes and procedures as needed. - Represent the VDI Team in meetings, including solution, architecture, and security reviews. - Facilitate technical and group discussions. - Cross train and assist with technical development of less experienced team members. - Work under limited direction to determine, develop, and provide solutions/enhancements adhering to strict Information Systems security guidelines. - Leverage troubleshooting skills to address stability objectives both reactively and proactively. - Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
