Job Description

AI Solutions Lead

The Plum Tree Group

About CoPilot Innovations CoPilot Innovations helps businesses unlock real outcomes using AI through rapid, hands-on implementation. We work with operators, founders, and teams to design, build, and ship AI solutions that drive measurable impact. We are a small, high-output team. Everyone here builds things, not decks. The Role We are hiring a Program Manager - not a task manager or coordinator. You will own client engagements end-to-end across multiple accounts, translating ambiguous business needs into structured AI solutions and driving them through to measurable results. You will work hands-on with AI tools and prototypes, collaborate closely with engineers, and act as a strategic partner to clients - not just a point of contact. What You Will Own - Client success metrics: ROI, adoption, efficiency gains - Translating vague briefs into scoped, actionable AI solutions - Shaping solutions with engineers: agents, automations, ML systems - Validating ideas fast through POCs and early prototypes - Running multiple projects simultaneously within structured delivery frameworks - Driving weekly progress, removing blockers, keeping momentum without close follow-up - Aligning client leadership around priorities and trade-offs - Identifying high-impact AI use cases and surfacing risks and opportunities across engagements Who Thrives Here The people who do well in this role take ownership before being asked, are energized by ambiguity, and move from idea to shipped solution without needing a playbook. They push back - with clients and internally - when something is not working. If that is how you naturally operate, this is likely a strong fit. What We Are Looking For 4 to 6+ years in consulting, product, program management, or startup operations, with direct experience managing clients and working alongside technical teams. On AI fluency: you do not need to be an ML engineer, but you should be actively using AI tools in your workflow, understand what AI can and cannot do, and have hands-on experience with LLMs, automation tools, or basic prompt engineering. On execution: you can run structured problem-solving with clients, operate within sprint-based delivery, and move quickly from idea to outcome. What We Offer - Salary commensurate with experience and impact. - Dedicated AI tools budget for experimenting with LLMs and platforms - Fully remote with flexible working hours - Direct growth path as the company scales - Flexible time-off policy Apply If you are interested in working at the intersection of AI, strategy, and execution, we encourage you to apply.
