Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising or a related field;
- Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, digital products or startups;
- Proven track record of meeting targets and delivering results;
- Experience with inbound sales and managing leads through digital channels;
- Knowledge of sales funnel metrics (conversion rate, average ticket, sales cycle);
- Strong negotiation skills, persuasion and objection handling;
- Analytical profile with the ability to interpret data and make decisions;
- Autonomy to manage the pipeline and conduct negotiations;
- Excellent communication and ability to adapt messaging for different client profiles.

Role Description The Sr. Inside Sales Representative (Sr. ISR) role resides within the Sales Operations Inside Sales team and directly interacts with the WWT Account Management teams, authorized supply partners, end-user customers as well as other internal WWT Operational support teams. The primary focus is to be a direct point of contact responsible for providing day-to-day support for all quoting and order management activities within assigned accounts. The Sr. ISR possesses the necessary subject matter expertise to engage in proactive customer and partner conversations regarding WWT's capabilities and IT offerings.
