Role Description As we expand our market presence in the Midwest, we are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Sales Representative who thrives on building lasting partnerships and delivering growth. - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve growth targets. - Identify and close new business opportunities with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and industrial partners. - Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, delivering training and product demonstrations. - Build long-term partnerships by providing outstanding service and innovative solutions. - Track and report on pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics to management. - Represent SFS at trade shows, conferences, and customer visits across the Midwest. Qualifications - Proven record of outperforming sales targets in fasteners, tools, or related industrial/automotive markets. - Strong technical aptitude — able to explain specifications and applications with confidence. - Skilled in negotiation, consultative selling, and relationship management. - Self-starter who thrives with autonomy in a multi-state territory. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred. Requirements - Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. - Must pass DMV, pre-employment drug screen, and background check.
