• Manage purchase requisitions, quotation processes and acquisition of goods and services; • Negotiate with suppliers, analyzing prices and delivery times to achieve the best cost-benefit balance; • Keep supplier records up to date; • Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and data analysis to support decision-making; • Manage purchase contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with deadlines and contractual terms; • Track purchase orders to identify and resolve any discrepancies in the process; • Analyze operational and financial procurement data, proposing improvements, process optimizations and efficiency gains; • Maintain the integrated system (ERP) with procurement processes (requisition, purchase order, invoice, payment, etc.); • Collaborate on automation initiatives and the use of analytical tools, BI and/or data- and AI-driven solutions, where applicable.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Economics or related fields;
- Prior experience in Procurement/Purchasing;
- Knowledge of TOTVS system preferred;
- Microsoft Office suite (Excel at intermediate to advanced level);
- Intermediate English preferred;
- Data management and KPI experience;
- Analytical ability to interpret data, indicators and reports;
- Interest or experience in continuous improvement initiatives, automation and the use of technology in procurement;
- Experience in medium and large companies;
- Experience in audited companies;
- Tax/fiscal knowledge;
- Experience with the TOTVS system;
- Knowledge and experience in developing new policies;
- Knowledge of Power BI;
- Experience with data analysis applied to procurement, cost control, supplier performance or operational efficiency;
- Experience with analytical tools and automations (Excel, Power Query, Power Automate, RPA) or AI-supported solutions.

Under general supervision, this role performs complex tasks including research, drafting, purchasing, inventory management, and recordkeeping.
