Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Location: Pennsylvania Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: This full-time remote LPC role is centered on providing therapy services to clients through a telehealth model. You will help individuals manage emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges by offering structured counseling, completing assessments, building treatment plans, and tracking progress over time. The role is ideal for a clinician who values organized care delivery and consistent client contact. Responsibilities: - Deliver individual counseling sessions through video-based telehealth appointments - Perform initial assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations - Establish measurable treatment goals with clients - Keep documentation complete, accurate, and submitted on time - Maintain ethical and professional counseling standards - Help clients develop practical tools for managing symptoms and stressors - Review progress regularly and modify treatment plans when appropriate

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
  • Active Pennsylvania LPC license in good standing
  • At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
  • Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
  • Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
