Role Description Unlike a traditional social compliance or food safety audit, this program focuses on physical and psychological safety of the crew members. As an Assessor, you will evaluate the degree to which workplace standards are implemented at both the developmental and restaurant levels. Your goal is to verify that management systems are robust enough to protect and support the workforce. Qualifications - Previous experience in Social Auditing and/or APSCA qualification is highly preferred. Requirements - Protocol Adherence: Ability to strictly align with a specific scope and protocol without deviating into traditional audit habits. - Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to interview diverse staff levels, from management to crew. - Analytical Mindset: Capacity to evaluate policy implementation and management system effectiveness. This role will define how we show up in the market, ensuring our brand reflects the strength of our product, the impact we deliver to school communities, and the future we are building. You will shape a cohesive narrative that connects product, customer experience, and go-to-market efforts, helping us move from telling our story through sales to demonstrating it through product value and customer outcomes. Reporting to the CMO, you will partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to drive alignment and elevate how Apptegy is perceived in the market.
