Responsibilities and duties ·       Sales Strategy Planning and Execution o   Based on the company's overall strategy and combined with the characteristics of Region market (such as industry distribution, customer needs, and competitive situation), formulate an annual regional sales strategy, and clarify the business growth direction and market share targets. o   Decompose the annual sales target into quarterly and monthly plans, refine them according to customer categories, product portfolios, and regional distributions, and formulate implementable sales strategies (such as breakthroughs in key industries and new product promotion plans). o   Regularly analyze regional market data (such as industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor dynamics), dynamically adjust sales strategies, and ensure the achievement of strategic objectives. ·       Achievement of Sales Targets o   Independently undertake the development and maintenance of core key accounts in Region, identify customer data service needs, lead negotiations for high-value projects, and achieve personal annual sales targets. o   Guide team members (if any) to formulate customer development plans, provide industry insights, product knowledge, and sales skills support, assist in tackling complex projects, and ensure the over-fulfillment of the team's overall sales targets. o   Optimize sales pipeline management, monitor lead conversion rates and the progress of business opportunities, formulate early warning and remedial measures for potential risks, and improve sales efficiency. ·       Client Relationship Management o   Establish a hierarchical management system for key accounts in Region, formulate differentiated maintenance strategies, and ensure a high satisfaction of key accounts.   o   Regularly visit key accounts, deeply understand their business pain points and data needs, and promote the upgrading of service solutions; take the lead in customer contract renewals, additional purchases, and referrals to enhance the lifetime value of customers. o   Collaborate with internal teams, solve customer service problems, handle major customer complaints, and maintain brand reputation. ·       Sales Process Management and Reporting o   Leverage CRM tools to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and identify trends and areas for improvement. o   Update individual and team (If any) sales progress on a weekly basis, ensure an up-to-date reginal sales status is always reflected in the CRM system and Contract management System. o   Regularly review regional sales cases, extract successful experiences and lessons learned, and optimize the sales process and strategies. ·       Sales Fund Collection and Expense Management o   Be responsible for overseeing the sales fund collection in the Northern Region to ensure that the payments are received on time. Follow up on the customer payment progress, promptly identify the risks related to fund collection, and collaborate with customers and the finance department to resolve account issues, ensuring withdrawal of regional sales funds. o   Regularly analyze the expense data, optimize the resource allocation, and improve the input-output ratio. Ensure compliance and reasonability of the sales expense and control the reginal sales expenses within the budget. ·       Cross – Functional Teamwork o   Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, operation, finance, product… to enhance overall business efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Working Experience
  • o   10+ years minimum work experience in Sales, including more than 5 years of key account sales experience. Those with experience in the automotive industry or consulting services industries, proven track record of consistently reaching and exceeding sales targets in B2B sales, will be given priority.
  • Professional Knowledge and Skills
  • o   Have an in-depth understanding of the market dynamics, industry trends and customer needs in the automotive and industrial fields. And be familiar with relevant business knowledge such as benchmarking analysis and industry reports.
  • o   Have excellent business negotiation capabilities, be able to strive for favorable cooperation conditions in complex business scenarios. Be proficient in sales techniques and customer relationship management methods and be able to effectively formulate sales strategies and promote the progress of sales projects.
  • o   Have excellent communication and expression skills. Whether in written or oral communication, be able to accurately convey information, coordinate resources from all parties, and handle customer problems. Be proficient in using Office software, have data analysis capabilities, and mine sales opportunities and optimize sales strategies through data.
  • Educational Background
  • o   A bachelor's degree or above. Those majoring in marketing, business administration, automotive engineering and other related majors will be given priority.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities - Prepare and submit purchase requisitions, initiate new vendor registrations, and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Job Requirements – Education/Experience - High School Diploma or GED - Required - 1+ years Procurement, Logistics or Operations experience preferred. - 1+ years of Finance, Accounting or Bookkeeping experience preferred.
