Technical Recruiter (Junior to Mid-Level)

Job Overview NexgenLink (formerly Astro Sirens) is looking to expand our talent acquisition team by hiring Junior and Mid-Level Recruiters. In these roles, you will support the recruitment process by assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination, working closely with the senior recruitment team and HR department. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals starting or growing their careers in recruitment, especially those interested in software engineering and tech talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities - Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking platforms. - Review and screen resumes to identify candidates that match job requirements. - Coordinate candidate communications and interview scheduling with hiring managers and senior recruiters. - Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date records. - Collaborate with the recruitment team to improve sourcing strategies and candidate experience.
Job Requirements
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition, particularly within the software engineering sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, and basic applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship or experience in recruitment or HR roles.
- Understanding of software engineering roles and tech industry terminology.
- Experience coordinating interview schedules and communicating with candidates.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
