Regional Business Development Representative

Create a pipeline of prospects and track to closure, providing reporting at each step of the journey in CRM Create and conduct presentations to potential customers Track and analyze collected customer & market data, identify and escalate opportunity areas to leadership Execute CPSG's growth strategy by acquiring and retaining new customer accounts in strategic geographies and end markets Provide education on and sell customers products and services of strategic importance for CPSG Sell all CPSG products to installing dealers and distributors at a national level by developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers Work directly with organizational leadership to manage the balance of sales activity for all account classifications Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams Protect CPSG’s reputation by keeping information confidential Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Experience: 5+ years experience managing a Product category or Sales Territory Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: In-depth Access Control knowledge Other: Ability to travel up to 60-70% domestically; valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications Education/Certifications: Certified Automated Gate Operator Installer; Certified Automated Gate Operator System Designers The pay range for this position is $110,823.00 - $183,047.50; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
