Deine Position We are looking for an AI-native designer working student to embed directly into our B2C mobile app team. You won't be doing side tasks; you'll be shaping our flagship consumer product, the Heartbeat app. You can onboard and ideate quickly on complex technical energy concepts, prototype fast, and you've already figured out how to use AI as a force multiplier in your design workflow. This role sits at the intersection of craft and impact. You'll own the full design loop — from shaping the problem, to shipping polished and production-ready app experiences. • Scalable consumer experiences: designing web experiences that are intuitive, conversion-focused, and built to scale across our growing product portfolio • Design system development: building and documenting Figma components and patterns that bring our refreshed brand to life • High-fidelity craft: delivering polished UI, interactive prototypes, and production-ready specs that set the bar for quality • Cross-functional partnership: collaborating with product, engineering, and brand to shape solutions and ship work that moves the needle • User insight integration: conducting usability tests, synthesizing feedback, and iterating designs based on real user behavior

• Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gather insights. • Translate research findings into actionable design requirements and sitemaps. • Collaborate with front-end development teams on various solutions. • Contribute to and maintain the in-house UX Style Framework. • Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.

• Lead and drive design projects for the Camera team, utilizing the CDH (Continuous Discovery Habits) framework. • Anticipate challenges, proactively define success paths, and tie design efforts toward delivering tangible business value. • Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to ensure alignment on learning goals, success metrics, and execution of design solutions. • Communicate design decisions effectively with solid rationale, actively soliciting feedback, and fostering efficient communication with your team and stakeholders at all levels. • Raise the bar for the broader design team by bringing outside perspective, diverse process experience, and a mindset of continuous improvement. • Mentor contributor-level designers, helping to up-level the team through critiques, workshops, and open, honest feedback. • Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products. • Advocate for accessibility and usability, ensuring inclusive experiences for all users.
