Requirements: - A portfolio demonstrating your design process and the thinking behind your work. Applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed. - A degree in design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 3-5 years of product design experience in a professional product development environment. - A solid understanding of UX and UI principles, interaction design, and design best practices. - Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping. - Experience working within or alongside product development teams. - Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate and defend design decisions to cross-functional stakeholders. - Comfort managing multiple design workstreams with guidance and staying organized across competing priorities. - A growing understanding of usability testing and research methods. - Experience contributing to or working within a design system. - Curiosity about AI-assisted design tools and a willingness to experiment with new workflows. - Experience working within Agile teams or formal training in Scrum or Agile methodologies is considered a strong asset.
