Intermediate Product Designer We are looking for an Intermediate Product Designer who is energized by solving real problems for real people—not just making things look good. This role sits at the intersection of user needs, product strategy, and technical constraints, and the work you do will directly impact how justice and public safety professionals navigate complex, high-stakes workflows every day. You will report to the Product Design Lead and work closely with Product Managers and Product Owners across multiple initiatives spanning North America and Australia. In this role, you will own design execution across features and smaller initiatives, bringing thoughtful UX thinking to every stage of the product development process.
