Tech Lead Software Engineer – OpenCTI

• Act as a technical relay - not a solo contributor, but a facilitator and enabler. • Contribute directly to key parts of the codebase, major features or critical bug fixing. • Supervise, challenge, and animate technical topics in your own team and across teams. • Promote best practices and ensure high standards of code quality and performance. • Facilitate transversal initiatives (technical pains, dependencies management, security issues, etc.). • Support and coach engineers through pair programming, reviews, and regular feedback. • Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Product Owners on sizing tasks and planning the roadmap.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with a strong track record of reliable delivery (shipping iteratively, owning outcomes, and keeping quality high)
- Strong experience building and maintaining SaaS products with high availability (observability, performance, incident response, scalability)
- Comfortable working in a full-remote, async-first environment
- Strong technical skills in: NodeJS, React, GraphQL, Elasticsearch (or similar technologies)
- Strong sense of ownership: proactive reporting, anticipating risks, and driving work to completion
- Able to be a force of proposal on architecture: identifying improvements, making pragmatic trade-offs, and aligning stakeholders
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills; able to work with PM/PO and EM on scope, sequencing and technical decisions
- This role is also a great fit for a Senior engineer aiming to grow into Staff (increasing scope, influence, and architectural leadership)
- Experience in Open-Source projects and/or Cybersecurity is a strong plus
