The Opportunity: The Administration Representative, reporting to the Regional Administration Manager, is responsible for a variety of functions to support the Distribution, Finance, Call Centre, Sales, and BT teams for multiple publications. What you’ll do: - Prepare daily distribution & production reports - Generate single copy payment collection sheets for Finance/Distributors - Generate month end circulation statistics for Finance and Distribution - Provide customer service for Dealers, Subscribers and Flyer customers - Provide support to the call center for subscriber inquiries related to distribution - Provide circulation system support to Distribution team including route and trucking changes, general dealer maintenance and draw changes - Maintain Subscriber, Dealer, Distributor and Carrier Rates - Process single copy dealer returns - Correct system errors - Local market circulation system support - Special projects assigned by the Regional Administration Manager - Assist Regional Administration Manager in achieving departmental goals - Complete tasks assigned in a timely manner Who you are: - Minimum 2 years administrative experience - Excellent organizational skills - Accuracy is key - Ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimal supervision - Demonstrated, professional verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work well with others in a task-oriented team environment - High degree of initiative - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Compensation: Employment offers presented to the selected candidate are based on a combination of qualifications, experience, responsibilities of the role and the candidate's location.
