Overview We are seeking a Remote Customer Support Coordinator in the Minneapolis area to assist clients with travel-related questions and planning support. This role focuses on accuracy, responsiveness, and providing helpful guidance. In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for clients, assisting with questions, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing ongoing support before, during, and after travel. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, communicating clearly, and helping others create meaningful travel experiences. This opportunity offers flexible, remote work with access to training, tools, and mentorship. Prior experience in travel or customer service is helpful but not required.
