Jalasoft is seeking a talented Full-Stack Lead/Senior Developer with expertise in C# and Angular to lead and contribute to the development of high-impact software solutions. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing project architecture, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring developers while actively participating in both backend and frontend development. Your technical and leadership skills will be essential in driving project success and delivering scalable, maintainable applications.

Job Requirements

  • Must-Have Requirements:
  • 8+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Experience building complex, enterprise-level systems.
  • Proven experience building scalable and distributed applications.
  • Strong expertise in C# and ASP.NET Core.
  • Solid experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Frontend development experience with Angular and TypeScript.
  • Strong experience working with Azure cloud services.
  • Solid understanding of cloud architecture.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
  • Experience with testing practices (TDD and/or BDD).
  • Production experience including debugging, logging, and observability.
  • Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring.
  • Ability to balance development, architecture, and leadership responsibilities.
  • Hands-on engineer with strong ownership mindset.
  • Comfortable working across the full stack (backend + frontend).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Nice-to-Have Requirements:
  • Experience in the financial industry.
  • Familiarity with feature flags and observability tools.
  • Experience with no/low-code integrations (e.g., banking connectors).
  • Experience with on-call rotations and production support.
  • Knowledge of security and performance testing.
