Ingram Micro is seeking a driven Senior Business Development Manager to grow our Refurbished Mobile Device division. This is a high‑impact B2B sales role focused on expanding our customer base, increasing revenue, and strengthening our presence in the secondary market for mobile and consumer electronics. The ideal candidate brings deep industry knowledge, a strong network, and a passion for meeting and exceeding sales quotas. What You’ll Do - Drive revenue growth by developing and executing a winning B2B sales strategy. - Grow our wholesale customer base across Carriers, MVNOs, Insurers, retailers, resellers, and enterprise buyers. - Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead generation, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals. - Build strong, long‑term relationships with clients and act as a trusted partner. - Sell across multiple product categories — primarily mobile phones, with opportunities in tablets, computers, wearables, and more. - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. What You Bring - Four-year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field). - Minimum 10 years functional experience including a minimum of 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in mobile devices or consumer electronics. - Proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills. - Ability to generate leads through cold outreach, networking, and social platforms like LinkedIn. - Self‑starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. - Familiarity with the refurbished/secondary device market is a strong plus. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,100.00 - $170,300.00 per year. The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range. At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
