Business Development Director
OpenX
• Prospect, qualify, and close new CTV supply partnerships with premium streaming platforms, broadcasters, FAST networks, and app-based video publishers • Drive CTV supply expansion and go-to-market strategy into key international markets (Canada, LATAM) • Negotiate and structure regional and global commercial contracts for CTV supply and data partnerships • Partner with Account Management to co-own a book of strategic CTV publishers, upselling products and acting as a trusted advisor on industry topics including CTV monetization, identity solutions, curation, AI, and privacy-first approaches • Source market feedback and competitive intelligence specific to CTV to inform OpenX’s product roadmap and innovation priorities • Support OpenX’s buy-side teams on CTV inventory and data positioning to secure and activate new demand • Represent OpenX at industry events and through thought leadership within the CTV ecosystem
Job Requirements
- 7+ years programmatic sales experience in ad tech or publisher-side
- Proven track record exceeding quota and managing enterprise partnerships
- Existing relationships across premium publishers
- Deep understanding of programmatic ecosystem and retail media networks
- Strong executive presence and strategic thinking capabilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- High energy, self-motivated with startup mindset
- Experience in the LATAM and Canada markets
- Spanish speaker
- Direct CTV partnership experience
