Revenue Operations Analyst – Salesforce Administrator

• Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for pipeline reviews, forecast calls, QBRs, and leadership reporting • Pull and prep data for weekly and monthly operating cadences; ensure reporting is accurate and delivered on time • Own pipeline hygiene by proactively identifying issues, driving accountability with reps, and improving underlying processes to prevent recurring problems — flag stale opportunities, missing fields, and data quality issues; follow up with reps and managers to resolve • Track funnel metrics (lead-to-opportunity, stage conversion, win rates) and rep attainment; surface trends and anomalies • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; proactively surface insights to GTM and Finance stakeholders • Contribute to ongoing improvements in Salesforce configuration to support evolving business needs — manage user setup, permissioning, profiles, roles, page layouts, fields, validation rules, and automation (flows) • Support the quote-to-cash process in Salesforce CPQ — assist with quote creation, product catalog updates, pricing rules, and troubleshooting approval workflows • Maintain lead routing, assignment rules, and MQL-to-SQL handoff processes • Support data enrichment and deduplication efforts to maintain data integrity across systems • Manage integrations and day-to-day operations of GTM tools, including HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Handle user onboarding/offboarding, access requests, and first-line troubleshooting across revenue systems • Maintain system documentation, process guides, and training materials; support ongoing team enablement • Assist with renewal tracking and ensure renewal pipeline data in Salesforce is current and accurate • Help ensure Salesforce data aligns with what finance needs for bookings, billing, and commission calculations • Partner with RevOps and GTM stakeholders to support improvements to systems and processes

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Salesforce Administration in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Strong Salesforce reporting skills — comfortable building complex reports, dashboards, and filtered views without hand-holding
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ
  • Experience supporting a sales team's operating rhythm (pipeline reviews, forecasting, data hygiene)
  • Solid analytical skills — you can pull data, spot issues, and clearly communicate what you're seeing
  • Detail-oriented with a bias toward accuracy and follow-through
  • Comfortable managing competing requests and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communicator who can work effectively with sales reps, managers, and cross-functional partners
