Job Requirements
- Typically 18 years experience
- Experience with Nuclear power projects
- Engineering Services or EPC Project Management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

Role Description The Director of Development reports to the Senior VP of Fundraising and is instrumental in reaching Good Fund’s fundraising goals while growing and diversifying its funding base. An accomplished fundraiser with a track record of successful partnership-building and strong writing and communication skills, the Director of Development will: - Develop and maintain relationships with those dedicated to social change and climate justice who may provide philanthropic funding to Good Fund. - Oversee the Development team, responsible for the health and management of our grants program, including various aspects of grant reporting and compliance, as well as end-to-end funder relationship management. - Work with the Development Specialist, Senior VP of Fundraising, and CEO to prepare grant applications and solicitations for funding. - Execute strategy across the organization’s fundraising efforts, manage funder relationships, and manage overall grant reporting and other fundraising activities. - Collaborate with various departments, such as Accounting, Servicing, and Origination to align grant solicitations with programmatic implementation. - Support the Senior VP of Fundraising in identifying funding sources and strategizing the best uses of grant capital in conjunction with debt capital.
