Lead Designer, Web

Jasper

• Own the design, structure, and evolution of Jasper. Ensure a high-quality, cohesive digital experience across all pages while aligning with brand and business goals. • Establish and operate a continuous experimentation model. Proactively identify opportunities, ship improvements quickly, and iterate based on performance signals. • Use AI tools deeply (including AI-assisted coding and automation workflows) to accelerate production. Build directly when possible and reduce reliance on engineering. • Partner with marketing to support growth initiatives. Read and interpret key metrics such as conversion, engagement, and drop-off, and translate insights into clear design improvements. • Build scalable systems including reusable components, templates, and UI/UX libraries. Enable self-serve workflows for marketing teams while maintaining brand quality. • Work closely with marketing, product marketing, and product design to align website experience with broader company strategy.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience owning or leading website design end-to-end. Your portfolio demonstrates modern, high-quality digital experiences and strong UX thinking.
  • Expertise in Webflow or similar modern web platforms, with the ability to ship work directly and efficiently.
  • Deep understanding of AI-native workflows, including AI-assisted coding, automation, and using AI tools to accelerate execution.
  • Strong systems thinking mindset. You build scalable solutions rather than one-off pages and think in terms of frameworks and patterns.
  • Experience working in performance or growth environments. You understand how to read data and translate insights into design decisions.
  • Strong communication skills with a strategy-first mindset. You can clearly explain your decisions and align stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced environments, making decisions quickly while maintaining a high bar for quality.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and product teams.
  • Passion or curiosity for AI and its impact on how modern teams work and build.
