This role is ideal for a customer‑centric consultant who thrives in high‑impact implementations and wants to play a critical role in helping property management teams succeed through powerful SaaS solutions. With increased demand and a growing volume of Knock CRM implementations, we're looking for a Solution Consultant who can step in as a trusted partner to customers—owning end‑to‑end implementations while serving as a strategic advisor throughout the process. You’ll be backfilling a key contributor on our Knock and OnSite team and helping us keep pace with significant order volume growth, particularly within Knock CRM. While the role will support both OnSite and Knock implementations, your primary focus will be Knock, where demand is strongest today. This role is highly visible, customer‑facing, and essential to ensuring our customers see real value from their RealPage solutions. Responsibilities - Lead full lifecycle implementations for Knock CRM and OnSite solutions, with a focus on Affordable/AOLL customer portfoliosPartner with customers to: - Understand their current operations, business goals, and challenges - Translate business needs into scalable, effective solution designs - Drive discovery sessions, solution design, and change management strategies that align current and future states - Collaborate closely with internal teams (Engagement Management, Services, Product, and Delivery) to ensure smooth execution - Plan and support go‑live activities, including training, enablement, and adoption support - Serve as a trusted advisor, building long‑term customer relationships and demonstrating measurable business value through successful implementations - Communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels, including Directors and regional leaders Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in the multifamily industry, SaaS consulting, or software implementation - Strong experience implementing or supporting RealPage solutions (Knock and/or OnSite experience is a strong plus) - Comfort working with Affordable housing/AOLL portfolios - Proven ability to manage multiple implementations in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment - Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills - Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines - A consultative mindset with a passion for customer success and adoption - Salary and Benefits RealPage provides a competitive salary package along with a comprehensive benefit plan that includes: - Health, dental, and vision insurance. - Retirement savings plan with company match. - Paid time off and holidays. - Professional development opportunities. - Performance-based bonus based on position. Job Summary: The Contract Teacher provides instruction for select courses in the hiring department. Performs other duties as assigned.
