Senior Manager, Accounting
XBOW
• Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. • Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements • Ensure compliance with GAAP and SaaS-specific revenue recognition rules (ASC 606) • Collaborate with Sales Ops teams to review commission calculation; ensuring compliance with company policies and compensation plans. • Assist with special projects and ad hoc reporting as required • Oversee subscription billing, invoicing, and collections • Partner with Sales Ops to ensure accurate contract data • Assist in Implementing controls around contract modifications, renewals, and usage-based billing • Optimize accounting workflows to support scale and automation • Assist with implementation or enhancement of accounting and billing systems • Develop internal controls and documentation for a growing finance function • Work closely with other internal departments, providing financial metrics/analysis • Support external audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
- 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in SaaS or technology industries
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and ASC 606
- Exposure to international accounting or multi-entity consolidations
- System experience with Salesforce, Nue.io, Spiff, Metronome and larger ERP platforms is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort with data analysis
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment

Job Summary & Responsibilities The Team Manager, DTG Octane plays a critical role in training, maturing, and growing the DTG Octane Team at Impel. This position is accountable for dealer relationship onboarding, training, technical support, retention, and growth. Responsibilities include hiring, management, training, and team performance tracking. Responsibilities Consistently lead the team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and performance metrics. Hire, onboard, and develop Dealer Success professionals by driving consistent hiring, internal and external training, monitoring, and managing best practices to enhance team performance. Lead team training to develop skill proficiency and effectiveness, resulting in increased upsells, portfolio growth, dealer satisfaction, and greater retention.
