About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in guiding and empowering agile teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently. You will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. Responsibilities: - Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Lead and facilitate Scrum events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Remove Impediments: Identify and proactively address impediments that hinder the team's progress, working closely with stakeholders to resolve issues. - Coach and Mentor: Coach team members on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement. - Foster Collaboration: Promote effective communication and collaboration within the team and between the team and other stakeholders. - Promote Agile Mindset: Champion Agile values and principles, encouraging a culture of continuous learning and adaptation. - Ensure Scrum Adoption: Guide the team in adopting Scrum practices and adhering to the Scrum framework. - Measure and Improve: Track team performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Implement strategies to enhance team effectiveness. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Scrum Master or similar role in Agile environments. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts effectively. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM I, etc.) is preferred. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in a specific domain or industry. - Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban, SAFe, etc.). - Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Trello, etc.). - A passion for continuous learning and improvement. Compensation, Benefits and Duration Minimum Compensation: USD 48,000 Maximum Compensation: USD 170,000 Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role. Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
