Finance Systems Analyst

This is a remote position. Finance Systems Analyst Reporting to Finance Domain QA Lead through a pooled review model, provides fractional subject matter expertise to support targeted validation of higher-risk workflows, scenarios, and releases. This role is intended for experienced finance practitioners who can assess whether outputs are not only technically functional but credible and safe in the office of the CFO. Key Responsibilities What You'll Do · Review selected benchmark scenarios and outputs for finance correctness, control alignment, and usability. · Participate in signoff for higher-risk releases and business-critical workflow changes. · Identify domain edge cases, materiality concerns, and process nuances that should be reflected in quality standards. · Provide structured feedback into rubric improvement, benchmark coverage, and escalation rules. Engagement Model · Operate as a pooled, part-time reviewer rather than a full-time QA resource. · Support release reviews, scenario workshops, and targeted issue triage as needed across pods. Requirements Required Qualifications · 7+ years of experience in accounting, FP&A, controllership, transaction services, finance operations, or related CFO-domain functions. · Strong domain credibility and sound judgment. · Ability to provide concise, reviewable feedback within a structured QA process. · Experience with transformation, process design, or technology-enabled finance work preferred. · Bachelor's degree preferred. You Are · Practical and business-minded. · Comfortable distinguishing acceptable draft quality from unacceptable business risk. · Clear, concise, and dependable in review feedback. · Collaborative with both practice leaders and technology teams. Benefits Base salary plus performance-based bonus. Actual compensation packages are determined by evaluating a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education, certifications, cost of labor, and internal equity.

Responsibilities Your Role: As a Systems Analyst-EDI, you will be responsible for managing our company's electronic data interchange (EDI) operations, ensuring that our EDI systems are functioning effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EDI operations and management. You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen! - Manage our company's EDI operations, ensuring that our EDI systems are functioning effectively and efficiently. - Manage EDI mapping for EDI, translation, and testing of EDI documents with trading partners, 3PLs and carriers. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain EDI transactions across multiple systems such as trading partners, ERP, WMS, TMS etc. - Analyze EDI issues and provide production support resolution in effective and timeline manner. - Support onboarding of new customers to EDI - Functional and Technical knowledge of various EDI standards such as (XML, EDIFACT, API Integrations, X12). - Required EDI integration experience with ERP (SAP S4, SAP ECC), WMS (SAP LE, EWM), TMS (BlueYonder). - Collaborate across business units, business partners, stakeholders and various IT team members to shape an EDI solution that meets the business and customer needs. - Excellent clear communication Skills to liaise between IT, warehouse teams, customer service teams, logistics teams and carriers. - Work closely with business partners across warehouse, customer service, logistics and carriers to resolve EDI-related systems and process gaps. - Investigate and resolve EDI transmission errors, failed transactions, and data mismatches. - Stay updated with EDI formats, standards, and industry best practices for EDI in logistics, order management, credit/collection etc. - Manage continuous EDI improvements and product roadmap within EDI space for the company by leveraging different types of EDI integration to ensure business process efficiency. - Maintain EDI security policies and procedures to ensure company's data and systems are secure and compliant. - Ensure EDI solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with best practices and standards. - Collaborate with IT leaders to ensure EDI solutions are integrated with other IT systems and applications.
