About the Role This 100% remote Bilingual Back-office Assistant role is ideal for organized, detail-oriented bilingual professionals with an insurance background. You will be assigned to one of our client placements with a growing US insurance company.  Key Responsibilities - Notices Of Cancellation. - Reviewing & Updating Policies. - BOR/Loss Run Request Letters and certificates/Binders. - Acord Applications. - Motor Vehicle Reports and Auto ID Cards. - Carrier Downloads. - Billing Enquiries, endorsements, and quoting. - Perform data entry and internal reporting tasks. - Manage emails and communication with customers. - Other similar or related tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
  • 2 to 6 years of experience in remote Insurance work with US/Canadian clients.
  • Proficiency with Agency Management Systems such as AMS360 or similar.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 5 Mbps up), and backup connection.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.

Will handle the accounts receivable for Ambulatory Surgical Centers, submit appeals and research denials from Insurance Carriers.
