Role Description This is a full-time, remote position. Our software training instructors develop materials and provide virtual and occasional onsite end-user training for Mitchell products such as collision estimating and body shop management and insurance claims software to Mitchell clients in the collision repair and automotive insurance industries. They also serve as a subject matter expert in the review and creation of Mitchell’s product workflow guides, training material, and Help files. - Utilize strong organizational skills and communication skills to facilitate end user customer training of Mitchell software applications via virtual instructor led training. - Work on multiple projects of differing needs and scope simultaneously. - Partner regularly with internal and external project management teams to plan, outline, create, deliver and maintain training agendas and materials. - Provide follow-up support as needed. - Continuously seek and support new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency and quality of training services provided. - Consult and assist customers with configuration of software and customer workflow based on user roles. - Completes accurate and timely reporting of all customer correspondence and activity. - Ability to travel on-site for the occasional in-person training, as needed. - Work with customers of various sizes, in a variety of environments. - Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Minimum Education: High School Diploma - Understanding of automotive property damage insurance claim and/or body shop repair life cycle. - Hands-on experience with industry tools such as Mitchell Cloud Estimating, CCC ONE, Audatex, or internal carrier systems. - Ability to work under minimal supervision and has a high level of personal initiative. - Strong oral, written, listening and presentation skills: must be comfortable leading virtual training and hands-on exercises. - Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Teams, Outlook, Word). - Excellent Customer Service skills. - Excellent Collaborative skills. - Exceptional team player with high degree of integrity and professionalism. - Ability to build relationships with customers, cross-functional teams, and internal personnel. Role Description Keeper Security is hiring a driven Senior Revenue Performance Coach to join our Revenue Enablement team. This individual will serve as a seller-coach, operating as the core execution engine of our revenue coaching function. This is a 100% remote position. The Senior Revenue Performance Coach serves as a bridge between GTM enablement and execution. They blend coaching and enablement by reinforcing training concepts directly in real-world revenue generating situations. This role is designed for an experienced seller with a strong coaching and enablement mindset who thrives in live selling environments and values behavioral change over one-time training. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, partnering closely with frontline managers and Enablement leadership to drive sustained adoption across the revenue organization. Responsibilities - Own end-to-end coaching outcomes for assigned sellers and revenue generators (primarily within the enterprise sales and customer success organizations, including diagnosis, action planning, behavior change, and progress tracking across coaching cycles). - Observe performance and create actionable plans to drive growth and change adoption. - Join live customer conversations as an observer to assess real-time seller execution against defined standards, identifying strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvements. - Diagnose and uncover root causes of performance challenges, including skill gaps, behaviors, execution misses, process adherence, and decision-making under pressure. - Partner closely with frontline sales & success managers to reinforce coaching priorities and drive follow-through. - Reinforce enablement frameworks, messaging and playbooks within live selling moments. - Prioritize coaching focus areas based on data, feedback, reviews, live observations, and business needs. - Develop and own individual and personalized coaching plans with a focus on being clear, concise, and constructive. - Reinforce enablement concepts within live selling motions, blending coaching and training. - Identify recurring patterns across revenue generators and surface insights to inform enablement strategy and improvements. - Serve as a trusted advisor and mentor across the revenue organization by making yourself available for proactive outreach, questions, and follow up from team members beyond scheduled sessions. - Actively define, reinforce, and evolve standards for seller execution across revenue motions, helping establish and maintain a clear definition of “what great looks like” at Keeper.
