RCM Training Consultant

ModMed

• Design, develop, and update training materials, including presentations, user guides, job aids, and e-learning modules • Conduct engaging and effective virtual and in-person training sessions for clients and internal teams • Assess training needs and tailor content and delivery methods to diverse audiences • Provide ongoing support and consultation to trainees • Collaborate with product development, implementation, and support teams • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Modernizing Medicine's RCM software and industry best practices • Assist in the creation and maintenance of a knowledge base and FAQs • Travel as required to client sites for on-site training and support

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of experience in RCM training, implementation, or a related healthcare IT role
  • Proven expertise in Revenue Cycle Management processes
  • Strong understanding of medical billing and coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS)
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in creating professional training documentation and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Certification in professional training or adult education is desirable
