Senior Manager, Client Management
Alight Solutions
• Accountable for overall strategy, management, and retention of a high revenue, highly complex assigned book of business • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients and brokers • Maximize value clients derive from Alight’s products and solutions • Develop meaningful and trusted relationships across internal teams and key stakeholders • Work closely with Solutions Delivery team for smooth transitions from Implementation to Service • Advocate for business readiness and client success • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize product, service, and delivery outcomes
Job Requirements
- 5 years of direct Client/Broker Relationship management experience or advanced degree equivalent
- Excellent communication, relationship development, negotiation, and issue resolution skills with C-Suite Executives and Key Client/Broker contacts
- Compelling analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience managing pricing and financial models
- Experience leading innovative and effective client engagement strategies focused on client satisfaction, retention, and expansion
- Experience in HR services, business management, disability/absence, and healthcare
- Professional communication skills, business and financial acumen, and an executive presence
- Ability to travel to attend internal meetings, client meetings, and industry conferences/meetings as needed
