Auf diese Aufgaben kannst du dich freuen: - Unterstützung der Rechtsabteilung bei allgemeinen administrativen Aufgaben. - Verwaltung und Pflege von Dokumenten, insbesondere gesellschaftsrechtlichen Dokumenten und Verträgen. - Pflege und Aktualisierung interner Übersichten sowie Stammakten. - Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Versicherungsfällen. - Regelmäßiger Austausch mit Kollegen und eigenständige Kommunikation. Qualifications - Aktuelles Studium in Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht oder einem vergleichbaren Fach. - Erste praktische Erfahrungen im juristischen oder administrativen Bereich (z. B. durch Praktika oder Projektarbeiten) sind von Vorteil. - Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (v. a. Excel, Word) und schnelle Auffassungsgabe für neue Programme. - Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit MS SharePoint. - Strukturierte, sorgfältige und vertrauenswürdige Arbeitsweise, insbesondere im Umgang mit sensiblen Informationen. - Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Freude an der Teamarbeit.
