Role Description The Senior Cloud and Infrastructure Architect is responsible for defining and guiding the cloud, infrastructure, and platform architecture that underpins all products and data/AI workloads. This role ensures the environment is secure, scalable, reliable, and optimized for cost and performance across multiple cloud and hybrid deployments. Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST (Eastern Standard time) and 6 PM to 3 AM IST (Indian Standard Time) Budget: 130000 - 160000 USD per annum Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Define the cloud and infrastructure architecture, including compute, storage, networking, and platform services. - Design reference architectures and patterns for microservices, container platforms, Kubernetes, and serverless workloads. - Partner with AI/data, application, and security teams to design infrastructure that supports high-scale data and AI systems. - Lead cloud modernization, migration, and consolidation initiatives across regions and business units. - Establish standards and best practices for reliability, observability, performance, and cost optimization. - Collaborate with security and compliance teams to implement robust identity, access, encryption, and network security controls. - Evaluate and select cloud services, infrastructure tools, and vendors; manage technical relationships where required. - Mentor infrastructure and platform engineers and support complex incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
