Girlboss
Location: Canada (Toronto preferred) Start Date: As soon as possible Compensation: $70,000 CAD base salary (OTE $120,000+ CAD) Application Deadline: May 1 at 11:59 PM ET About Girlboss Girlboss is a modern media company on a mission to give ambitious women the tools and mindset to succeed on their own terms. We create engaging content for our audience of 2.4M+ across our daily newsletter, Instagram, podcast, and website. Powered by a small, fully remote team — with a Toronto hub and monthly in-office meetups for local team members. The Opportunity Reporting to the General Manager, the Account Executive will drive revenue growth at Girlboss, a brand with 2M+ Instagram followers, 100K+ newsletter subscribers, and a highly engaged community of ambitious women. We're looking for a proven seller with great instincts: someone who builds their own pipeline, knows which brands belong in the Girlboss world, and is motivated by owning and exceeding a revenue goal. You'll pitch with confidence, close deals you're proud of, and collaborate closely with our team to bring campaigns to life. If that's you and you have the track record to prove it, this role is for you.
Job Requirements
- Owning and exceeding a monthly revenue quota through a consistent mix of outbound prospecting, pitching, and closing direct brand partnerships
- Building a healthy pipeline from the ground up, with a high-volume cadence of cold outreach, warm follow-ups, and agency meetings
- Bringing the right brands into the Girlboss ecosystem; ones that resonate with our audience and add genuine value to our community
- Developing creative, consultative proposals that align brand objectives with Girlboss's content and channels
- Maintaining an accurate, up-to-date CRM (Pipedrive) and forecasting revenue with confidence
- Collaborating closely with our editorial, content, and account management leads to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly
- Reporting on pipeline health, KPIs, and campaign performance on a regular basis
- What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of quota-carrying digital media, advertising, or B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of independently owning and exceeding a monthly revenue target, and a clear story on how you got there.
- Experience building an outbound pipeline independently, not just managing inbound leads
- Comfortable owning the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
- Experience selling multi-channel or integrated media packages
- Existing brand or agency relationships you can activate quickly
- Sharp written and verbal communication: you can build a deck, write a cold email, and run a pitch meeting with equal confidence.
- Genuine excitement about the Girlboss brand and the women's media space
Benefits
- Flexible remote culture
- Comprehensive medical and dental benefits
- 3+ weeks of vacation
- Annual holiday shutdown (fully paid, offline between Christmas and New Year’s)
- 1 additional paid day off for your birthday
- Pregnancy and parental leave top-up
- Home office credit

Role Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive new business by selling complex professional services engagements through the AWS partner ecosystem. You will build and manage pipeline sourced primarily through AWS co-sell, earning the trust of AWS field sellers and converting introductions into closed enterprise deals. This role sits at the intersection of sales, solution strategy, and partner development. You will work directly with our Head of Sales and cross-functional teams to pursue, win, and expand large services engagements. Success is measured by pipeline generation, bookings, and the strength of the AWS relationships you build and maintain. Artisan Studios has built The Atelier, a proprietary AI orchestration platform that uses coordinated fleets of specialized agents to accelerate how our teams research, scope, and architect solutions. The right candidate will leverage this platform to move faster and engage smarter across the sales cycle. Key Responsibilities - Pipeline Development & AWS Co-Sell: - Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of enterprise services opportunities sourced through AWS co-sell motions. - Develop deep, trust-based relationships with AWS field sellers including Partner Account Executives (PAEs), Partner Solutions Managers (PSMs), and account teams. - Navigate AWS co-sell programs from direct experience to accelerate deal velocity and unlock partner resources. - Identify and pursue large enterprise accounts with complex transformation needs across our core verticals. - Deal Execution & Closing: - Own opportunities from first qualified meeting through signed contract, managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles with average deal sizes of $500K+. - Multi-thread into complex organizations: map stakeholders, build structured pursuit plans, and advance deals through a disciplined MEDDICC framework. - Hold credible business-level conversations about cloud migration, modernization, and AI without requiring a solutions architect in every meeting. - Account Planning & Forecasting: - Maintain disciplined pipeline management in Salesforce with accurate forecasting grounded in data. - Develop and execute structured account plans for target opportunities. - Collaborate with solutions architects and delivery leadership to ensure proposed engagements are scoped for success. - Client & Partner Engagement: - Represent Artisan Studios at AWS partner events, industry conferences, and client on-sites (up to 25% travel). - Build trusted advisor relationships with enterprise stakeholders from technical leadership through the C-suite. - Contribute to Artisan's go-to-market strategy and repeatable sales assets. Qualifications - 5+ years carrying a quota selling professional services engagements — consulting, delivery, or transformation (not SaaS, licenses, or staff augmentation). - Proven track record closing complex enterprise deals with average deal sizes of $500K+ in services revenue. - Direct experience working within the AWS partner ecosystem — either at an AWS consulting/services partner or at AWS itself. - Demonstrated history of co-selling with AWS field sellers and generating pipeline through partner channels. - Fluency with MEDDICC as a working sales methodology, not a theoretical concept. - Daily Salesforce discipline — pipeline management and forecasting driven by data. - Strong business-level understanding of cloud native application development, modernization, and AI sufficient to lead early-stage client conversations. - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Extra Credit - Experience selling into one or more of our core verticals: Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, Quick Service Restaurants, Foodservice Distribution, or Travel & Hospitality. - AWS certifications (Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect, or equivalent). - Prior experience navigating ACE pipeline, AWS funding, and other AWS programs. - Experience operating in high-growth environments. Core Competencies - Customer Focus: Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions. - Strategic Mindset: Seeing ahead to future possibilities and translating them into breakthrough strategies. - Action Oriented: Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm. - Manages Ambiguity: Operating effectively, even when things are not certain or the way forward is not clear. - Collaborates: Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. Benefits - Flexible working hours and remote work environments. - Robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401k matching.
