Day in the Life of a Patient Access Specialist - Answer incoming and returning calls. - Respond quickly to patient inquiries. - Scheduling/rescheduling patients to the appropriate clinic utilizing various EMR systems. - Demonstrate exemplary customer service. - Answer basic patient questions and provide program-specific information as required. - Assist with other duties as directed. Education and Experience requirements - At minimum, High School Diploma or GED required. - Customer Service experience in a fast paced environment preferred. - Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, call center preferred. - Lived Addiction experience is a plus.
