Become a part of our caring community The Senior Learning Design Professional applies expertise in instructional design, cognitive psychology, and adult learning theory to identify and implement effective solutions for knowledge or performance gaps. This role manages projects throughout the entire lifecycle, including monitoring and reporting on performance and outcomes. Additionally, the Senior Learning Design Professional maintains strong working relationships with business partners to ensure alignment with organizational goals and to address evolving training needs. Assignments typically involve moderately complex to complex issues, requiring in-depth analysis of variable factors to determine optimal approaches. - Designs and develops learning solutions for Medicare Care Management, including storyboards, scripts, performance support, mobile learning, and manuals. - Conducts needs assessments and collaborates with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, current, and relevant. - Monitors business partner quality data and needs to identify opportunities, proposing and delivering targeted learning solutions. - Writes clear learning objectives and coordinates performance assessments to measure training effectiveness. - Tracks and analyzes training program outcomes, focusing on learner satisfaction, proficiency, and job performance improvement. - Provides guidance and support to training facilitators. - Utilizes social media and collaborative tools to enhance learning experiences. - Plans, organizes, and maintains training curricula, materials, and job aids to address specific needs. - Partners with clients using consultative skills to determine learning solution requirements and relevance. - Influences departmental strategy and makes independent decisions on moderately complex project components. A successful candidate would: - Be able to work efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously. - Be able to comfortably pivot quickly as business needs and priorities change. - Demonstrate ability to lead large projects, consult with the customer, and determine the appropriate learning intervention, delivery methodology, and measurement strategy. - Have experience gathering and analyzing information - Have experience developing and maintaining positive relationships within a dynamic and high-performing team culture. - Be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications: - 2 or more years of experience managing projects of progressive complexity. - 5 or more years of instructional design and development experience including creation of CBT's, PowerPoint, Facilitator Guides, Job Aids, Self-Paced Learning. - Experience with one or more of the following learning software: Storyline, Camtasia, Articulate 360, and/or Vyond - Demonstrated experience distilling data and presenting to leadership Preferred skills: - Bachelor's Degree in one of the following areas: Learning and Performance; Education; Instructional Design; Organizational Design or Related field. - Work experience in a health care and / or Insurance setting - Experience working with 3rd party vendors. - Experience working in CSOD uploading content and creating Curricula and Events - Previous facilitation experience Additional Information In this role you will report to an Associate Director of Care Management Learning. This role is an individual contributor. This role is fully remote within the US. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
