• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and role requirements • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, and offer management • Build strong talent pipelines across LATAM using LinkedIn and relevant communities • Drive efficient hiring processes using ATS tools (Workable) and AI-enabled workflows • Coordinate interviews and deliver a seamless, professional candidate experience • Support offer preparation, salary proposals, and onboarding processes • Track hiring progress and generate insights to improve recruitment effectiveness • Stay informed on LATAM market trends and contribute to employer branding initiatives

Job Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, preferably in tech or high-growth environments
  • Strong knowledge of LATAM labor markets, hiring practices, and employment regulations (e.g., Brazil, Mexico, Colombia)
  • Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential
  • Proven ability to source, manage, and close candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms (Workable is a plus)
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment
