As a Associate, Contacts and Negotiations you will provide sound, and well- reasoned legal, commercial and contract guidance to the businesses and other internal functions based upon established policies, guidelines, and professional judgement. You will participate in or lead significant and complex negotiations of services contracts, preparing all required contractual documentation and ensuring compliance with established contracting policies, practices and delegations. This will require you to have the ability to develop demonstrated working relationships with key internal stakeholders as well as with Kyndryl's customers and their third-party advisors and counsel, and the ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with all levels (professional to executive) of internal and external clients. On international contracts the role will require interfacing with teams in other countries and ensuring the agreement accurately reflects Kyndryl's capabilities in all countries within scope. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
