Sales Development Representative, Part-time

• As an SDR (Sales Development Representative), you are the first point of contact for our potential B2B customers. • You identify, qualify and develop leads in the B2B segment. • Proactively identify and research potential B2B customers. • Initial outreach via email, phone and LinkedIn — structured and CRM-driven (HubSpot). • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria. • Handover qualified leads, with complete documentation, to our hunters (sales closers). • Maintain and update the CRM (HubSpot) — ensuring full pipeline transparency. • Work closely with the sales team on target accounts, messaging and market feedback. • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our outreach processes and scripts.

Job Requirements

  • Some experience in B2B sales, telesales or business development (including working student roles or internships)
  • Excellent communication skills — on the phone, via email and on LinkedIn
  • Structured, independent working style — suitable for part-time
  • Experience with CRM tools or the ability to learn them quickly (ideally HubSpot)
  • Business-fluent German (C2) is required; good English is a plus
