Job Description

E-commerce Specialist, Merchant Processing Experience

Wing Assistant

• Organize merchant documents (bank statements, IDs, etc.) in Dropbox or Box folders • Collect information • Fill out and manage merchant account applications including entity information, website details, business descriptors, and average ticket prices • Update and maintain records in Airtable • Admin work and communicate and coordinate with clients and vendors • Light inbound phone calls only as needed

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience using Shopify and Merchant processing platform
  • Has worked at a payment processor before
  • Has worked in applying and doing paperwork for Merchant Accounts
  • Must be proficient using Airtable
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
  • Working Webcam
  • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
  • Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
